Who this is for

Built for operators with real decisions to make.

AppSniper is a private beta. We work with operators who have a real build, buy, or pass decision in front of them. Not people exploring hypothetically.

Operator Type 01

Portfolio Operators

Running 3+ apps and evaluating the next category to enter. Need structured evidence to compare opportunities across your portfolio pipeline.

Operator Type 02

Venture Studios

Building multiple native apps per year. Need fast, reliable pre-build validation before committing engineering capacity to a new concept.

Operator Type 03

Acquisition Teams

Evaluating app acquisitions or busted categories where you might turnaround an underperforming app. Need adversary review before committing capital.

Audit Deliverables

What you receive.

Decision Memo

A structured document with verdict, opportunity score, full evidence stack, and adversary review. Exportable as PDF.

Evidence Stack

All supporting evidence, tier-tagged and scored. Every finding includes its source tier (Observed / Derived / Inferred).

Adversary Review

The strongest possible counter-case to your thesis. Required before a BUILD verdict can be issued.

Next Action Protocol

Specific recommended next steps depending on verdict: what to monitor for WATCH, what evidence would flip a KILL, or when to start for BUILD.

FAQ

Common questions.

No. AppSniper is not a self-serve data tool. You submit the decision context and we handle the full analysis. Underwriting requires human judgment and contextual weighting that a dashboard cannot replicate.
After fit confirmation and thesis alignment, the underwriting run takes 3–5 business days. From submission to memo delivery, expect 5–8 business days total. We do not offer rush audits. Speed degrades evidence quality.
We decline requests where AppSniper cannot add value: for example, if the decision is already too far along, the category is too niche for available data, or the operator profile is outside our current scope. If we decline, we'll explain why and suggest what information would change that assessment.
Yes. All submitted information is treated as confidential. We do not share operator identities, target categories, or decision context with any third party. Anonymised aggregate findings may inform our methodology. We never share identifiable operator data.
